Students Traveling with a Group on LMU-affiliated International Travel (non-Study Abroad)
To help ensure you are prepared for a safe and successful international experience, LMU requires all travelers to complete the following health, safety, and security requirements before departure. These steps ensure you have access to important resources, emergency assistance, and timely health and security information while abroad. Please complete each requirement by the applicable deadline (fourteen (14) days prior to program start date) or as otherwise designated by your Trip Leader.
Required Items:
- Join the program-specific WhatsApp group (Link & QR code will be provided 5 weeks prior to program start date).
- Complete the Health & Wellness Disclosure Form.
- Complete the International Travel Registry, including:
- Input all flights (including transit airports)
- Upload a copy of your passport.
- Upload your complete flight itinerary.
- No lodging information required
- Attend the Pre-Departure Orientation for your trip. Dates and details will be provided by your Trip Leader.
Strongly Recommended:
- U.S. Citizens: Register with the U.S. Department of State's Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP).
- Download the International SOS Assistance App and create your International SOS profile before departure.
