LMU is proud to take part in a new Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU) initiative that amplifies the story of Jesuit education. This collaborative effort introduces a unified platform to help students and families understand what makes Jesuit colleges and universities unique—and why their influence endures.
At the heart of the campaign is jesuiteducated.com, a new digital hub that helps prospective students and families understand what a Jesuit education is all about. The site highlights the shared mission and values that connect LMU to the broader Jesuit tradition, featuring Jesuit college fairs, an interactive map, and alumni stories that show how Jesuit‑educated graduates lead with purpose, creativity, and a commitment to others.

For LMU, this initiative amplifies what our community already knows well: a Jesuit, Catholic education forms people who think boldly, act compassionately, and lead with integrity. Rooted in a 500‑year tradition inspired by St. Ignatius Loyola, LMU prepares students to pursue lives of meaning, creativity, and service.

Dylan Tehada ’24, M.S. ’25, #JesuitEducated
Dylan Tehada ’24, M.S. ’25 turned his passion for sports into a career through LMU’s M-School and its Jesuit commitment to purpose-driven education. While studying marketing, he managed LMU Women’s Basketball and interned with the Los Angeles Rams. As a campus tour guide inspired by the Jesuit ideal that “people don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it,” Dylan embraced storytelling to highlight LMU’s mission, often sharing personal anecdotes that reflected the real-world impact of Jesuit values. Through LMU’s 4+1 program, he earned his M.S. in Business Analytics, sharpening his strategic and data-driven approach—skills he now applies as a Partnership Insights Analyst with the Rams.
