For events occurring on April 30, 2022 or prior, please refer to the following policies that will remain in place until May 1.

Prior to coming to campus, you are required to take your temperature and submit your Lion Health Check. All visitors and event guests over the age of 2 years old must be fully vaccinated* or have received a negative result from a COVID test** collected prior to arrival on campus.
You may attest to your vaccination status or negative test in the Lion Health Check. For those who will be returning to campus frequently, you may upload proof of vaccination in the Lion Health Check for extended clearance to avoid having to re-submit your Lion Health Check prior to each visit.
*Per the CDC and L.A. County Department of Public Health, an individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after the Johnson & Johnson vaccine or two weeks after the second dose of Pfizer, Moderna or W.H.O approved international vaccines.
**If providing a negative test result, it must either be:
- PCR test taken within three (3) days of the event OR
- Antigen test taken within one (1) day of the event.
