Free E-Textbooks for Faculty and Students
Barnes and Noble Education has partnered with VitalSource to provide a number of e-textbooks for free to LMU faculty and students through the end of the spring semester. Please visit bookshelf.vitalsource.com to create an account using your lmu.edu or lls.edu email address.
 
Distribution Center Updates
The Campus Business Center will close on Monday, March 23. Campus residents who need to pick up mail after this date should contact the Distribution Center directly at dchd@lmu.edu to schedule mail retrieval or arrange for mail forwarding.
  • All outgoing mail must be delivered to the Distribution Center for processing. Only mail that is pre-stamped or has a departmental budget code or label will be accepted.
  • As a reminder, department representatives may stop by the Distribution Center during normal business hours to retrieve departmental mail and packages.
Athletics Season Ticket Refunds
LMU Athletics is offering a full refund to baseball season ticket holders for the 2020 season. In alignment with decisions by the NCAA and West Coast Conference, LMU has canceled the remainder of all spring competitions as a COVID-19 precaution. To receive a refund, fans should call the LMU ticket office at 424.226.2192 or email Kyle.Knickerbocker@lmu.edu prior to May 29, 2020.
Campus Operations
Our campuses are operating with limited services.
  • LMU Westchester Main Campus: Operations are reduced to essential services.
  • LMU Playa Vista Campus: LMUPVC is closed except to faculty and staff with access. LMUPVC shuttles are temporarily closed. Services will resume when LMUPVC reopens at normal operations.
  • LMU Loyola Law School Campus: LLS is closed to all but essential staff.
Department of Public Safety Available 24/7
If you have visited a country affected by COVID-19, are currently being tested, or have tested positive for COVID-19, please contact the Department of Public Safety immediately at 310.338.2893. This is to ensure LMU can take the necessary precautions to limit any exposure or provide guidance for those returning from international travel to ensure adherence to travel advisories.
