LMU continues to monitor the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and is working diligently to safeguard the safety and well-being of our community. Please visit LMU’s  Coronavirus Website  for the latest information and guidance.

Updated Travel Restrictions

Today, 29 countries in Europe have moved to a  Level 3 Travel Health Notice. The CDC has indicated that anyone who has traveled to one of those countries or any other Level 3 country in the last 14 days should self-isolate. If you traveled to a Level 3 country and returned prior to this announcement from the CDC, you should remain home and self-isolate until 14 days from the date of your return. Anyone who has traveled to a level 3 country is not permitted to return to campus until the conclusion of the 14-day period. Please note that you may not self-isolate on our campuses. We recommend checking the  CDC website  regularly for an updated list of Travel Health Notices. Supervisors and employees should contact  Human Resources  for further guidance or information as appropriate. Students should contact the Dean of Students office at 310.338.3756 or via  email.

COVID-19 Updates

There are currently no confirmed cases of COVID-19 at LMU. The university is aware of three community members who have been tested for COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution, we are notifying individuals as appropriate. We have consulted with L.A. County Department of Public Health and are following their guidance. They indicate that our community risk factors remain low. Due to spring break, we believe potential community exposure has been very limited. We will keep the community apprised of appropriate updates.
