LAWS—LMU Anti-racism Workshop Series—is a cohort-based model that brings together faculty, staff, and administrators each semester for two retreats. Participants will develop skills and strategies to effectively combat racism in their spheres of influence, have an opportunity to become a DEI facilitator, and share their participation within this program during their performance reviews.
This semester, DEI is piloting the complete LAWS experience, which will be facilitated over two retreats offered through hybrid learning.
