Messages sent and received by Loyola Marymount University employees are intended for the use of the person to whom they are addressed and may contain information that is privileged, confidential, and protected from disclosure under applicable law. If you are not the intended recipient, your use of these messages for any purpose is strictly prohibited. University Copyright Policy

It is the intent of Loyola Marymount University that all members of the University community adhere to the provisions of the United States Copyright Law (Title 17, United States Code, Section 101, et seq.). Loyola Marymount University is not required to defend an individual who knowingly fails to comply with the university's copyright policy and guidelines. The Library and Information Technology Services will not duplicate or distribute any material that is known or suspected not to meet the requirements of copyright law. The university expects those using the materials to be familiar with and comply with copyright law and the university's guidelines. The university recommends community members be familiar with fair use and getting permission guidelines.

Members of the university community who willfully disregard the university's copyright policy do so at their own risk and assume all liability.
