Lori Melkonian
With over ten years of experience spanning entertainment, wellness, education and leadership development, Lori Melkonian thrives on transforming complex ideas into seamless execution that move teams and audiences alike. Possibility-driven and people-centered, Lori bridges the worlds of executive operations and creative production.
Currently supporting the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Loyola Marymount University, Lori leads executive administrative support, which includes managing high level calendars, collaborating cross-divisionally, preparing presentations and briefings, executing special projects, and providing dynamic coordination in this fast-paced office. Through her teamwork and integrity, Lori connects strategy, systems, and solutions to advance meaningful institutional priorities and empower high-performing teams with intention and care.
Before joining LMU, Lori served as the Manager of Events, Client, and Talent Relations at Warner Bros. Discovery, producing flagship events for global television distribution. Her leadership elevated team performance, optimized operations, and fostered relationships that strengthened brand and business outcomes.
Whether designing a strategy, developing a program, or producing a story-driven experience, Lori brings equal parts structure and culture.
She holds a B.S. in Neuropsychology/Biology from UC San Diego and finds inspiration in service to others, travel, art, and cultural exploration.
