Telephone Billing Web Portal
To access your telephone bill click on: lionphonebills.lmu.edu This takes you to the "Customer Portal" of the Paetec/Pinnacle web portal.
1. Enter your username. Your UniversityID is your username. If you do not know your UniversityID, you can go to PROWL at: PROWL UID Lookup .
2. Enter your password. Your UniversityID is your initial password. On the next screen you'll be able to change your password only. We strongly recommend that you do this!
This will take you to a "Welcome" page. You can then change your password by clicking on "my account" on the menu bar in the upper right. Now click on the "Password" tab at the top and follow the instructions.
2. To view your bill, click on "my bills" on the menu bar. Under the "View bill" tab you can view/print your bill. PDF format is best, but you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Just change the format under "Output Method". Select a Billing Date from the list of all the months that have been billed to date. Click on the appropriate month (date) to view a record of all calls placed and billed for that period.
You can still pay your telephone bill via Flexi Dollars, credit/debit card or check, in the person in the Campus Business Services office, Von Der Ahe Building, lower level. OR you can mail a check to:
