ATHLETICS & RECREATION

In addition to LMU's athletics program, Campus Recreation promotes the education of the whole person by providing the LMU community with programs and services that develop an understanding of physical activity and exercise. We encourage a healthy lifestyle and lifelong interest in recreational activities.

The Burns Recreation Center offers personal training, swim lessons and more.

ACTIVITIES & SERVICE

There are over 140 active clubs and organizations and a Greek community with 15 local chapters. Our students volunteer more than 175,000 service hours a year with 350 community organizations.

Open Mic Night at The Living Room brings out the best talent on campus.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

The Student Health Center and Student Psychological Services are open to current students in an effort to make life on campus a safe and healthy experience. In addition to these services, the Fitwell Center offers nutritional guidance and personal fitness assessment.

Whether you're looking for an on-campus job as a student or need advice preparing for your career after graduation, Career Development Services is designed to help you succeed.

Career Development Services offers career counseling by appointment or drop-in.

Housing

Traditional Halls, Suites, Apartments and Theme and Living Learning Communities are home to the many students who live on campus. For those who chose to live off campus, The Off-Campus Student Life office helps students stay connected to campus life.

More than 3,200 students live in 19 residence halls and apartments on campus.

To make a payment you must access the Student Account Center. The Student Account Center is a secure, 24/7 online service that allows students/authorized users to:

Pay tuition, fees, room and board
Make housing deposits by webcheck
Make Flexi deposits by webcheck
Set-up authorized users for secure third-party acces

You may access the Student Account Center to:

Enroll in a payment plan
Schedule future payments
Sign-up to have refunds directly deposited into your bank account
View your monthly statement

How To Make A Payment

PeerTransfer

Loyola Marymount University has partnered with peerTransfer to offer an innovative and streamlined way to make international tuition payments. peerTransfer’s mission is to save international students and their families money that would otherwise be lost on bank fees and unfavorable foreign exchange rates. With peerTransfer, you are offered excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and save a significant amount of money, as compared to traditional banks. In addition, the posting of the payment into your Loyola Marymount University account will be faster, and you will be notified via email when it is received.
The information below includes a summary and instructions.

To get started, select the country from which funds will be coming and the payment amount in US dollars you wish to make to your student bill
In most cases, the US dollar amount will be converted into your home currency at preferential exchange rates, which will translate into savings for you.
After providing some additional basic information, you will book the transaction and will be instructed via email on how to pay peerTransfer from your home country bank account.
peerTransfer will then forward the US dollar amount to Loyola Marymount University where it will be directly credited to your student billing account.
You will receive an email to confirm receipt of payment
At any time, you will have a dedicated customer service team reachable via chat, Skype, email and phone to answer any of your questions

WebCheck Payments

Log into Mylmu and select Pay Bills Online by E-Check.
The prompts will allow the student to enter in his or her checking information and amount, and then will immediately post to the student account after the student confirms.
