Anthony, originally from Wichita, Kansas, received his Bachelors of Arts in Sociology at Loyola University New Orleans and in 2008 he received his Masters of Arts in Education & Psychology from Pepperdine University. His thesis addressed the development of LGBT students at religious institutions of higher education. Anthony is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Theology, with an emphasis in Comparative Theology at Loyola Marymount University. Anthony has worked within the Division of Student Affairs at LMU since 2008 starting as the Program Coordinator for Off Campus Student Life and Transfer Programs and currently serves as the Director of LGBT Student Services & Off Campus Student Life. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing with his two dogs Marley and Diesel.

What you want to tell the world about LGBT Students: Often times being different is seen as a curse. However, through our struggles to become accepted we become stronger and realize the many gifts we have to offer to society, therefore realizing that being different is not a curse, but truly a blessing.
