Kuumba Beatz
Kuumba Beatz is an organization that supports the context of Loyola Marymount University’s mission statement, with primary tenets encouraging the promotion of education and the development of the whole person. Specifically, Kuumba Beatz is an organization deeply rooted in the Black/African-American community, and serves to provide the LMU community with a program encouraging the appreciation for diversity, creativity, understanding, and excellence through music and dance. obss@lmu.edu
National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE)
The purpose of NSBE is to develop intensive programs to recruit its members into engineering and science careers. NBSE works as a networking organization, which aids members in employment after graduation.
Righteousness for Christ
The purpose of this organization is to provide opportunities for individual spiritual awareness and growth and develop relationships through on-campus fellowship and off-campus community service.
Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc. (SGRho)
Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority's aim is to enhance the quality of life within the community. Public service, leadership development and education of youth are the hallmark of the organization's programs and activities. Sigma Gamma Rho addresses concerns that impact society educationally, civically, and economically.
