We are committed to developing socially responsible men and women who understand that as we learn to value the qualities of diverse cultures, we begin to appreciate the shared element of our common humanity. The office provides human relations trainings, mediations, advocacy, open forums, retreats, and classes all focused toward developing student committed to the Loyola Marymount legacy of cultural consciousness and progressive social action. Some of our signature events include:
- The Intercultural Summit - a community effort to address the racial tensions in our local high schools though dialogues and workshops
- The Intercultural Roundtable
- Unity Fest
- Empowerment Sessions
- Men and Women For and With Others Training
