Mission

In the spirit of the University and Student Affairs missions, the Student Housing Office creates a living and learning environment by providing programs and services that empower students to realize their potential in mind, body and spirit within a community that honors human diversity and accepts students as individuals; each with rights and responsibilities.

Goal Statements

  • To create programs that promote individual growth and development within an enlivened and engaged residential community.
  • To engage students in experiences that promote reflection, character development, and leadership.
  • To establish a climate where faith can be celebrated, the promotion of justice encouraged, and the spiritual journey explored.
  • To provide safe, accessible, well-maintained facilities and respond to students’ changing needs.
  • To inform the University community of student housing programs and services and ensure that these are provided in a fair and consistent manner.

The Student Housing Office also embraces the Student Affairs Division Goals and Leaning Outcomes.
