To apply for housing, you must be enrolled full-time at LMU or committed to enrolling for the coming term. Application materials for incoming students are sent based on the date your commitment deposit is received and processed by the University. On-campus housing is guaranteed to all first-year students who commit to LMU on or before May 1st. All current first-year residents are guaranteed and encouraged to live in student housing for their second year. Continuing students enter a drawing each year for the chance to enjoy the independence that comes with living in apartments on campus. New students for the spring semester and transfer students enrolling for either the fall or spring semester are provided housing on a first-come, first-serve basis. Summer housing is available to LMU students enrolled in at least 3 summer school units, work on campus at least 20 hours a week, or have a registered internship with Career Development Services.
