What is the PRIDE Health Program?
  • The PRIDE Health Program or Personal Responsibility in Diet and Exercise is a program intended to provide health, nutrition, and exercise education. 


What is included as part of the PRIDE Health Program?
  • SHS appointments with a clinician, including initial and follow-up appointments.
  • Diet and exercise assessment, guidance, and recommendations
  • Information on health resources, both on campus and online
  • Diet and exercise logs
Who is eligible to participate?
  • Students with a BMI greater than 30 (See BMI Calculator below)

  • Contact Student Health Services and schedule an appointment to learn about the program.
