  • Expand the use of your LionJobs account by using JobCentral for even more employers and jobs.
  • Start your search early using CDS events including Etiquette Dinner, Career Panels, Employer Information Tables and Employer Connections
  • Use your network of former employers, staff, faculty, administrators, family, friends and classmates to enhance your search and increase the possibilities
  • Register for On Campus Interviews, conduct Mock Interviews for practice, attend the Career Connections Internship and Job Fair
  • Investigate salary and employment trends; if relocating find out about recriprocity agreements with other colleges' and universities' services

  • Prepare for the transition from school to work; know your choices and timelines
  • Apply early for graduate school, gather materials, register for exams , and file for

  • Find and use multiple resources and connections to implement your after college plan, either employment, service or graduate school
