Annual Report

The Club Sports Annual Report is an end-of-year report REQUIRED from each club. It allows sport clubs the opportunity to provide current year officer/member information AND next year club/officer information. The annual report also allows clubs to address successes and challenges to better assist the Club Sports Office with providing support and guidance.
