The Leadership Institute is an initiative of the office of Student Leadership and Development that provides education, development and training to cultivate personal leadership in all students. Overall, the LMU Leadership Institute focuses on the development of students as leaders of themselves, their groups and their community. It's all about how you can make change happen. All students who register for and complete the Institute will receive academic credit for the class, recognition at the end of the year for completing one of the modules of the LMU Leadership Institute and have the opportunity to meet other students interested in leadership & social justice.

The LMU Leadership Institute consists of 3 easy steps. Completion of all 3 steps will earn participants special recognition at the end of the academic year.
