Registration
**Student Organization registration is currently closed. For questions about 2012-2013 registration, please contact Charlie Schrier, SLD Office Manager, at Charles.Schrier@lmu.edu**
Every academic year Student Leadership and Development requires student organizations to re-register with the University.
In order to re-register we are asking returning student organizations to complete an on-line registration form.
To complete registration you will need the following information:
1) Student Organization Officer Contact Information
Provide the Name (First Name, Last Name), Phone Number (xxx)-xxx-xxxx, and Email Address for the organization’s:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Advisor
2) Positive Account Balance
Your organization must have a positive account balance before being allowed to re-register. Contact SLD at 310.338.2877 if you have questions.
3) Registered Student Organization (RSO) Category
Please select the appropriate category when registering. (SLD reserves the right to change a category to best fit the purpose and interests of the organization).

- Greek

4) Student Organization Mission Statement
Please submit a current mission statement. The statement should be in the exact form that you would like it published to the web.
- Example: ASLMU, in keeping with the Jesuit and Marymount tradition, empowers the voice of the students and actively promotes a vibrant campus life. Driven by integrity, we devote ourselves to being men and women for and with others.
5) Student Organization Roster
Please upload a current organization roster in Microsoft Excel file format. Include first name, last name and student ID number of members under three (3) clearly labeled columns on your Excel file.
6) Student Organization Constitution
Please upload a current copy of your organization’s constitution as a Microsoft Word document. If you have questions regarding your current constitution on file, please call SLD at 310.338.2877.
7) Student Leadership and Development Required Supplemental Forms
Please download the four (4) required documents as one file, fill them out, and get them signed by all necessary parties. Once complete, scan the documents and upload them in your on-line Student Organization Registration Form.

The Leadership Depot, located in Malone 103, offers free scanning services for all student organizations.
New Student Organizations
