Centennial Day of Service
On March 24, 2012, in celebration of LMU's 100th birthday, students, faculty, staff and alumni will come together to work with local non-profit organizations and schools on projects that benefit those organizations. LEARN. LEAD. SERVE. is the motto of the Centennial and this is your opportunity to serve!


Centennial Week of Service
During the week of March 17 – 23, students, alumni, faculty, staff and friends of LMU and Loyola Law School are invited to participate in the many service projects organized by student clubs and groups throughout the week. The culminating event will be the Centennial Day of Service on Saturday, March 24. Service opportunities will be available at four major service projects throughout Los Angeles.

A powerful evening that brings to life global inequalities and challenges us to realize how our decisions affect others. 

Blood Drives
The Center for Service and Action sponsors 2 drives each academic year.

Annual Holiday Donation Drive
Last year's drive helped hundred of families Los Angeles area.  The LMU community collected over 1,200 items for the Children's Dental Center.  This year, St. Margaret's Center was selected as the 2011 Holiday Drive Partner.  LMU will sponsor a toy drive benefitting the Center's Annual Christmas Party.  Click here to learn how you can support the Holiday Drive.

Community Service Fair
Every year, the Center for Service and Action invites Non-Profit organizations to come to LMU to recruit volunteers and raise awareness about the various issues in Los Angeles and Beyond.   Come find your service match!

Service Retreat
The Service Retreat is a combined effort between Campus Ministry and the Center for Service and Action. Open to all undergraduate and graduate students, this retreat provides an opportunity for students to gather and reflect on the connection between faith and justice.
