Important Information
The last day to
file the Application for Degree to participate in the May Commencement is
January 25th. The paperwork must be submitted in person to the Office of the Registrar, so don’t delay!
Graduation announcements will be available
February 1st through Campus Graphics or on-line through
www.herff-jones.com/college Caps & gowns will be available for purchase in the Bookstore beginning
March 15th. Deadline to ensure correct size and hood color is
April 16th.
The deadline to
proofread your diploma name and
pick up your name card for the Commencement Ceremony is
April 5th in the Office of the Registrar.
All outstanding paperwork (e.g., official transcripts, transfer course approvals) for a May degree must be date-stamped by the Office of the Registrar no later than
June 21st.
Don’t forget to get your
Class of 2010 T-shirt by donating $20 to the Senior Class Gift. Donations can be made and shirts picked up in the Alumni Relations Office, University Hall Suite 2800.
