The previous information submitted will be used for the Speakers Bureau of Leadership "Take Out."  This means that when a club requests a particular workshop (possibly yours) Anthony will put you and the club in contact with each other to schedule a time and location for your session.  Anthony will hold all the information and distribute appropriate contact info to the club member when deemed necessary.
