Leadership Opportunities

Student Leadership Institute
The LMU Leadership Institute is a three component program, open to all students, that includes a curricular, co-curricular and capstone experience.  It is based on the Social Change Model of Leadership Development and the three components focus on Individual Values, Group Values and Community Values.

Leadership Symposium
The Leadership Symposium is held during the academic year and focuses on one value of the Leadership Development Initiative.  A well known speaker is open to the entire campus community and some positional leaders have the opportunity to engage in collaborative discussions with other students and the speaker before or after the main program.

Leadership Lunch
The Leadership Lunch series is a monthly gathering of student group leaders to discuss current topics and share success strategies.

Leadership Take-Out
Student Leadership & Development maintains a speakers bureau listing of staff presenters and workshops available for student groups to "Take-Out" and bring directly to their group meeting.  The workshops are designed specifically to assist student groups to provide relevant educational opportunities for their members.
