EDLA 489: Leadership Seminar I – Individual Values of Leadership (1 Unit)
Through this course you will come to understand the concept of the Individual Values of the Social Change Model of Leadership Development: Consciousness of Self, Congruence, and Commitment.

Through this course you will come to understand the concept of the Group Values of the Social Change Model of Leadership Development: Collaboration, Common Purpose, and Controversy with Civility.

EDLA 491: Leadership Seminar III – Community Values of Leadership (1 Unit)
