"Women of Color: A Summertime Gathering"
The purpose of this gathering is to promote the participation of women of color at all levels in higher education; to specifically, broach conversations around challenges of being women of color in the workplace, life / work balance, recognizing your own success when no one else does and just simply promoting a conversation around testimonies of the women who are present.
