DRP Application and Submission Forms 2009-2010
Applications to be on the 2009-2010 DRP Executive Board of Directors
are now available.
Completed applications and signed contracts are
due March 20, 2009 by 6:00pm
in a sealed envelope to the DRP Mailbox in the Foley 3rd Floor Mail Area. Please contact Nicole Rossi with any questions at NicoleRossi7@gmail.com.
2009-2010 DRP Executive Board of Directors Application
The contracts and responsibilities for each position are below. Titles of positions have changed now that we are an LMU organization and structuring the Executive Board of Directors in the manner of a theatre company.
2009-2010 DRP Contract - Artistic Director

2009-2010 DRP Contract - Technical Director
2009-2010 DRP Contract - Master Electrician
2009-2010 DRP Contract - Promotions Director
2009-2010 DRP Contract - Events Director
2009-2010 DRP Contract - Director of Records
2009-2010 DRP Executive Board of Directors Selection Process
• Applications are due
Friday, March 20 by 6pm
to the DRP Mailbox in Foley 3rd Floor Mail Area.
Completed
packets for each applicant should include:
o The first page questionnaire of the application form
o A class/ work schedule/ special event schedule so that an interview can be scheduled
o A signed contract for each position that the applicant is applying for
o A maximum 300-word statement that is in the packet AND E-MAILED to
nicolerossi7@gmail.com
, which will be made available to the general membership
• Saturday, March 21 the applicants’ 300-words statements will be e-mailed to the general
membership. All DRP members will then have the opportunity to e-mail unsolicited feedback by
6pm on Tuesday, March 24
to

. Only written feedback will be accepted.
o Unsolicited feedback gives you the opportunity to make your voice heard as a Del Rey Player.
It is not required, but will be taken into account during the selection process.
o Unsolicited feedback may be positive affirmations of an experience you have had working
with the applicant, recommending that they be selected as a member of the Executive Board
of Directors
o Or, unsolicited feedback may be concerns that you have regarding the applicant
o Feedback will be kept strictly confidential between the DRP Advisor (Lydia Ammossow) and
the current DRP President/Artistic Director (Nicole Rossi)
o Please title the subject “DRP Unsolicited Feedback” on your e-mail to
nicolerossi7@gmail.com
. Feedback may not exceed the 300-word limit for each applicant that
you are giving feed back for, and must include the applicant’s name, your feedback, your
name and your contact information (phone and e-mail). You must provide your name or the
feedback will not be taken into account. Your feedback will remain strictly confidential, but is
not anonymous.
• Interviews will be scheduled from March 23 – April 10, with the interviews for Artistic Director
scheduled first. Each applicant will have one interview, which will cover all positions the applicant
has applied for (if s/he has applied for more than one position).
o Interviews for the DRP Artistic Director will be with the DRP Staff Advisor (Lydia Ammossow)
and the current DRP President/Artistic Director (Nicole Rossi).
o Interviews for all other positions on board (Producing Director, Technical Director, Master
Electrician, Promotions Director, Events Director, and Director of Records) will be with the
DRP Staff Advisor (Lydia Ammossow), the current DRP President/Artistic Director (Nicole
Rossi), and the newly selected 2009-2010 DRP Artistic Director.
• The 2009-2010 Executive Board of Directors will be contacted once the selection process is final,
and will begin coming to board meetings Tuesdays at 12:30 to be introduced to and work with the
current Executive Board of Directors. The new board will also begin the selection process for the
2009-2010 DRP Production Season. The current board and the new board work together to host
the Cabaret Awards in May, at which time the 2009-2010 Executive Board of Directors and the
2009-2010 Production Season will be announced.
Submissions for the 2009-2010 DRP Production Season
are now available.
Play Submissions: Completed submissions and a xeroxed copy of the script are
due April 16, 2009
in the submission box in the Foley 3rd Floor Mail Area.
2009-2010 DRP Submission Form for Plays
Director Submissions: Completed submissions and a signed director's contract are due April 16, 2009 in the submission box in the Foley 3rd Floor Mail Area.

Production Member Submissions: Completed submissions are due in the submission box in the Foley 3rd Floor Mail Area and are accepted on a rolling basis.
