Summer Faculty/Staff Training Program

 

What it is: An intimate 45-minute small group personal training session that is half the cost of a regular training session! Jump-start your day or kick-start your evening with one of our 4 classes offered each week. Sessions will be a combination of cardio and strength and will be tailored to beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels. The secret lies in the sequence of exercises and the power of interval training! Sessions will take place in the fitness studios and will be open to faculty/staff program members only!

What it isn’t: A typical group exercise class. You will have access to a certified personal trainer that will lead you through a series of exercises that will help you improve your fitness level, burn calories, and build lean muscle-mass. No class will be the exact same and every fitness level is welcome. This is NOT boot camp, it is fitness made fun!

Cost: 10 Class Pass $75 for members of Burn’s Rec, $100 for non-members

Purchase of pass includes:
*Pre and post body composition analysis and individual consultation
*10 sessions that can be used at anytime during the 10-week period
*Weekly up-dates on schedule changes, fitness and nutrition tips, and motivational quotes
*Improved overall health, better sleep, elevated mood, resistance to illness, and a good time!

Program Dates: June 1st– August 7th (10 weeks)
