Initial Consultation & Body Composition Analysis Info

Attire
Please wear loose fitting clothing suitable to workout in. You will have the option in partcipating in a non-invasive body composition analysis utilizing our In-Body 520 scale.
Forms
Health history
and
Par-Q
must be filled out before assessment can begin. Please bring these forms with you.
Goals
Come with a purpose in mind. We are here to get you started on an exercise program that will help you work toward your goals. Be prepared to set out specific and timely goals you would like to accomplish. An exercise prescription will be given to those who request a set program.
Essentials
No caffeine, alcohol or nicotine at least 4 hours prior to testing
Avoid exercise on the day of the test
Avoid meals 2 hours prior to the testing (light snacks ok)
The initial consultation will take up to an hour, so please come on time
Come fully rested and hydrated
Report if you have a respiratory infection or are feeling sick and cancel in advance if it hinders testing
