- Complete the Religious Communities LMU Alert Registration Form. (Members of religious communities who also serve as faculty or staff should enroll for LMU Alert through LMU's Identity Manager System.)
- Contact information will be verified by the Department of Public Safety via email or phone within two business days of online registration.
