College of Communication and Fine Arts
University Core Requirements

Beginning Fall 2013, LMU will introduce a new set of University Core requirements.  Transfer students who begin their studies at LMU before Fall 2015 may continue to take the courses for the former University Core pattern listed below to fulfill the new Core pattern.  As of Fall 2015 all transfer students will be required to take courses offered by their College that have been designated to fulfill the new Core requirements.  Information regarding these courses for the new Core will be posted soon.

The Bachelor of Arts degree for elementary and secondary teacher preparation follows a University Core pattern that may be specific for some majors.  Please use this link to access the core requirements for each of the teacher preparation degrees.
