• 2012 CASE National Circle of Excellence Awards
  LMU Communications received: (1) Gold Award for Excellence in Design for Multi-Page Publications for the LMU Centennial Yearbook;  (2) Gold Award for Excellence in Design for Publications for LMU Magazine; (3) Silver Award for General Information Videos (Tara Erdmann); (4) Silver Award for Other Promotional Publications for LMU Centennial Yearbook; (5) Bronze Award for Excellence in Design for Covers for LMU Magazine.

  
  
• 2012 CASE District VII Awards
  LMU Communications received 6 CASE District VII Awards in 2012 for work related to LMU Magazine: (1) Silver Award for General Interest Magazines - Circulations 30,000-74,999 for LMU Magazine; (2) Gold Award for Individual Photography for "St. Michael Indian School;" (3) Silver Award for Individual Photography for "Santa Monica State Beach;" (4) Gold Award - Photographer of the Year; (5) Gold Award for Excellence in Design for LMU Magazine; (6) Gold Award for Excellence in Design for Covers for "Bitter Fruit."
   
• 2011 Catalyst Award for Mobile Innovation
  Presented to LMU for significant contributions to advancing campus services through the innovative approach and content in iLMU Mobile, the university's official mobile application.  Innovative features cited include our integration of video into the Campus Tours microapp, LMU Live and other customizations.
  

• 2011 Society of Publication Designers (SPD/Pub 46) Merit Winner for LMU Magazine

• 2011 CASE Circle of Excellence Award for Video Information Feature

  Presented to LMU for our video features and productions published as part of LMU Magazine Online.  The award specifically cited the "Behind the Scenes with Andy Stevens" video feature.

• Top 20 "Best of the Best" by The EduStyle Guide to Usable Higher-Ed HomePage Design

• 2 Webbys for LMU.edu and iLMU by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences
