Grants.gov has recently added a page that provides access to American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding from 25 agencies, including the Department of Education, the Department of Justice, the Department of Health and Human Services, etc.  Navigate to grants.gov, then scroll down to What's New at Grants.gov. The link is in the middle of the list, or go directly to Recovery Act funding page.
