Lumina Foundation for Education
Lumina Foundation firmly believes that education is the best way to help people achieve their potential and improve our nation's future. Therefore, the foundation addresses issues that affect access and attainment in postsecondary education in the United States, particularly among traditionally underserved student groups. These students include 18- to 24-year-olds and adult students who face barriers to an education by virtue of their income, preparation or family background. Lumina Foundation supports endeavors that work diligently to ensure that all funded projects promote access, attainment and adult learning.
