Tizoc DeAztlan is LCSLA’s Research
Project Manager/Community Outreach Specialist. He is an alumnus of Fordham
University where he studied Journalism and earned a B.A in Communications and
Media Studies.
Tizoc is a southern California
native who has spent the majority of his career working with and for Los
Angeles area government, non-profit, and corporate agencies including the RAND
Corporation, and New Horizons. In addition, Tizoc has organized county wide
voter registration drives, has coordinated political campaigns at the state
level and has managed them at the local level. He specializes in Community
Relations and Media Management. Tizoc was previously at Fordham University
where he was a Development Coordinator in the Development and University
Relations Department.
