Introductory Ignatian spiritual exercises for Busy Persons
For faculty and staff who are busy with work at LMU and who have much activity in the rest of their personal lives, the Center for Ignatian Spirituality offers personally adapted introductory Ignatian spiritual exercises, with meeting times adapted to each one's schedule.
Following the model provided by those who make use of "personal trainers" for gaining facility with physical exercises, LMU faculty and staff have the option of meeting with a member of the Center for Ignatian Spirituality staff to gain facility in reflecting upon everyday work and life experiences, and so to grow in appreciation for, and conscious exercise of, their personal gifts of body, mind, and spirit.
For enquiries, please contact either of us by e-mail or by phone:

For faculty and staff who are ready to commit to regular periods of reflection/ prayer during each week, and also meet with a guide once a week for the many months it takes to complete the experience, we also offer The Spiritual Exercises for Busy Persons.
One Ignatian exercise available for anyone, and highly recommended for daily use, is called a "Busy Person's Awareness Exercise."
