Providing meaningful analysis of the urban laboratory
Campaign Goal: $3.2 million
- Support the Leadership Initiative which will distinguish CSLA from other think tanks and university research centers - $2.2 million
- Underwrite the cost of a new chair in Los Angeles studies - $1 million
The work of the center is as dynamic as the City of Los Angeles.
Whether it is analyzing what Angeleno communities are saying 15 years after the L.A. Riots, determining the most pressing issues for Latinos during election season or bringing political representatives to LMU to address controversial topics, the center enriches our students’ education and offers a wealth of resources to the region.
Through leadership studies, community studies and research collection, the center is at the forefront of regional urban studies.
