Join Mane Entertainment for a night of amazing short films created by your very own Lions.

7-9 p.m.

This annual event put on by LMU's Sorority and Fraternity Life focuses on competitive performances in a Lip Sync battle.

2-3:30 p.m.

LMU’s Dance crews will go head-to-head and compete against each other to an audience, a panel of judges from the LMU Dance Department and alumni.

Lion Spirit Showcase and Game Day Experience

Experience Lion Pride at its best. This unique tailgate includes performances by some of LMU's most talented musicians, dancers, and comedians.

Intercultural Reception

Join for a reception including traditional celebrative entertainment following the intercultural mass. Food and light refreshments will be provided.

Hear from your student's academic dean about their priorities and exciting academic highlights. The program will include the opportunity to engage with your student's dean, some of your student's professors, and fellow families from each college and school.

 

Community Events

Senior Family Toast

Celebrate your graduating senior with other LMU families during Family Weekend. Join us for light bites and cocktail tastings as we toast our graduates and welcome them to the Alumni Association.

Black Family Barbeque

Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024, from noon-1:30 p.m.

Join the Office of Black Student Services, The Learning Community (TLC), African American Alumni Association, Black Faculty Staff Association, and the Black student organizations at the Mbongi Spot for food, fun, and fellowship.

Connections and Community Lunch

Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024, from noon-1:30 p.m.

Join an opportunity to break bread over lunch with fellow Lion Families while also learning about the many ways students can become connected to the community on campus. This informal lunch will include a panel discussion with Student Leadership and Development and Student Housing staff, as well as resource sharing from LMU Restore about restorative justice practices and supporting conflict engagement.
