Once a Lion . . . Always a Lion
All the seniors have mixed feelings about graduating and moving on from LMU. There is great excitement for the possibilities of all that is to come, and sadness and maybe some anxiety about leaving LMU with all the wonderful experiences and people they've met during their time at LMU.
The good news is that while they may leave LMU, a part of LMU goes with them and stays with them forever as they are a forever a Lion as a proud member of the LMU Alumni Association.
Seniors can begin to give back before they graduate by donating to the Senior Class Gift. It is a great way to give to the university that ensures that students that follow them will have the same opportunities they had. A plaque on the Senior Walk commemorates the generosity of the senior class. It is also a great way to begin the tradition of giving back to a place that has provided so much to them. It is not how much a student donates but that they begin a great tradition. Each donation is important, large or small.
The LMU Alumni Association also hosts several events for each senior class to welcome them from students to alumni.
