A Family Legacy of Participation

We are parents of two daughters, one is currently a Junior at LMU, one graduated from LMU in 2010. When our older daughter Michelle was a Freshman, we joined the Parent Council and now we are in our fifth year as members.

Our daughters chose LMU for its beauty, location, small class sizes, and excellent College of Business Administration. What we enjoy most about the school is the warmth and friendliness of both the staff members and the students. Parents and family are always made to feel welcome and there are so many things to do and see on campus throughout the year. We loved attending many Basketball games since both of the girls were on the Cheer Squad.

Being on the Parent Council has been a great experience. We have always enjoyed volunteering at school over the years and the Parent Council has given us an opportunity to continue that at LMU. Assisting with events that the school puts on, meeting other parents, and making lasting friendships with other Parent Council and staff members have been the best part. After Stephanie graduates next year, we will have our own special memories of LMU.

Michelle now has a full time job, and when she handed us her first business card, we knew her LMU education was the best investment we ever made. Supporting the school annually as Presidential Associates is a way we can give back and show our gratitude, and Michelle decided to do the same by becoming a Young Presidential Associate.

You, too, can do your part. Click here to designate your gift to the Parents Fund or a school/college, department or program that is meaningful to you so that future generations will discover the impact of an LMU and Jesuit education.

Sincerely,

Jeff and Beth Stein
