Honors Program Application 2013-2014

Note: The University Honors Program does not review your original application materials as submitted to the Office of Admissions. Thus, some re-entry of information that you have provided previously may be required.

Instructions

Please fill out the following form as fully as possible. The lengthier written responses (last two questions) can be attached using the upload links below or by sending them as attachments to honors@lmu.edu.  Thank you for your interest in our program!

Letter of Recommendation

A non-academic letter of recommendation is required. Please have your recommender forward the letter to honors@lmu.edu. Be certain that they include your full name in the letter. Your application file will not be considered complete, and will not be reviewed, until this letter and the application are received by the University Honors Program office.

Deadline for submission of all documents to be considered for Round One is
March 15, 2013.

Suggestion: A number of questions in this application involve short paragraph or list answers. To save time and protect your work, we suggest that you review these questions and answer them in a separate document before filling out the application form. Then, you can simply copy/paste your answers when you are ready to submit your application.
