Encore

Dr. Renee L. Harrangue, Professor Emerita of Psychology, has been named Director of the Encore Program, an education program she established in the early 1970s for anyone desiring to re-enter higher education to complete an undergraduate degree.

One of the founding faculty of LMU, Dr. Harrangue retired in January 2006 after 46 years here. In addition to her teaching, she was involved in the Sr. Peg Dolan Campus Ministry Campaign, the Women’s Leadership Conference, and the establishment of student scholarships for the Marymount Institute.
