Core Course Applications

You can now submit core course applications electronically.  If you already submitted a course proposal, you do not have to redo or add anything.  Electronic submission is required after August 24th.  Please review the following guidelines:
  • Be certain to save your course proposal and CC your department chair and your dean when you electronically submit your course application to newcore@lmu.edu
  • Your chair and dean can approve your proposal by sending an e-mail message stating approval to newcore@lmu.edu
  • Once we receive you chair's and dean's approval, your course proposal will be reviewed by the appropriate course approval committee of the UCCC.
  • No proposal will be reviewed by a course approval committee without both your chair's and dean's approval.  You will receive word from the UCCC, who will copy your chair and dean upon committee approval.
  • For more information on the Core course proposal process, please click here

Please click here for the current list of Core course proposals.

If you are having trouble opening the applications, please click here to download the latest version of Adobe Reader.  For Macs, please make sure to select Adobe rather than Preview to view the PDFs (this may require making Adobe your default program).  For technical difficulties, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at x87777.
