Faculty and Staff

We invite faculty and staff to support our activities and to assist our students.

 At minimum, faculty can:

Work with an ACE student on a summer research project

• Nominate qualified students for ACE membership. Review the “Prospective Students” page for membership requirements and eligibility
• Direct a workshop or seminar on a subject related to the ACE mission or on a subject in one's discipline or field
• Mentor an ACE student who possesses a shared academic or career interest
• Serve on the research proposal review committee (NOTE: A faculty member that plans to supervise a student who is applying for an ACE research award is ineligible from serving on the committee)
• Inform the ACE program about events, seminars, etc. that a department is sponsoring that would be beneficial for scholars to attend
