The deadline has passed for submitting requests for Spring 2013 Graduation Study Abroad Sashes.


Have you had the opportunity to study abroad during your time at Loyola Marymount University? Why not represent that study abroad experience during your graduation ceremony? We would like to provide each graduating student with the opportunity to purchase a “Study Abroad Student Sash”.

Cost

For Study Abroad students, the cost of a standard sash is $30. A standard sash includes two flags of your choice. An online order form must be submitted and your payment brought into the Study Abroad Office by the final deadline (March 15th, 2013).  Special orders require the special order supplement in addition to the online order and must be turned into the study abroad office in person with payment.

Special Order

  • $5 - Additional Flag
  • $8 - Embroidery: Single line/side. Max of 10 characters/spaces per line.
  • $10 - Embroidery: 2 lines/side. Max of 10 characters/spaces per line.

To Order

  • Submit the online order form
  • Bring payment to the Study Abroad Office at Von Der Ahe 130 within 2 days of submitting your online order form
    • Exact cash payment or check (payable to Loyola Marymount University) accepted only
  • For all special orders, all students must pay the additional cost
  • If submitting a special order, you may only turn in your special order form and payment during these times:   
    • Mondays: 1:00-5:00pm 
    • Tuesdays: 1:00-4:00pm 
    • Wednesdays: 9:00-4:00pm 
    • Fridays: 9:00-5:00pm

Sash Distribution

Sashes will be distributed during Finals Week. For more information, please contact Study Abroad at (310) 338-1973.

Your online order and payment must be turned in by 5 pm on Friday, March 15th!

Online Submissions placed after 5pm on March 15th, 2013 will not be processed.
