Learning Resource Center: English as a Second Language Support

The Learning Resource Center offers services in English as a second Language (ESL) in the following areas:
  • An ESL Course:
    What is considered "good writing" varys from one culture to another. In English 100, a 3-unit course for LMU students for whom English is a second language, students will learn and practice good academic writing in English.
  • ESL Conversation: Let's Chat!:
    A weekly group meeting to improve conversation skills for English language learners is offered during the fall and spring semesters.
