College of Science and Engineering: Study Abroad Summer Programs

  • Tropical Marine Ecology (Honduras): located at a marine laboratory, this program is a field study of the tropical marine habitats on Isla Roatan, Honduras.
  • Biology of African Wildlife (Africa): a study of ecological, behavioral, and life history characteristics of selected African animals. This program includes a two week study trip to eastern or southern Africa.
  • Bonn Program: a two-week program in Germany during which students take a math class for their major/minor and a core course in Art. All classes are taught in English.
  • Program in Kenya, East Africa: the emphasis of this program is on understanding the fascinating and different patterns of social structure in a number of species of African mammals.
