Course Tutoring
The LRC offers peer tutoring in one-on-one or drop-in appointments. Use your time with an LRC tutor to:
- Discuss core concepts
- Work on a paper
- Review class notes and readings
- Prepare for exams
- Practice speaking a foreign language
- Get help with English as a second language
- Learn study strategies
Our tutors are undergraduate and graduate students who have earned a B+ or higher in the courses they tutor. To provide you with the best service possible, our tutors all complete a rigorous training program jointly certified by the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) and the National Tutoring Association (NTA).
