Enrolling at LMU
Financial Aid Planning
After the application for admission is received, the Financial Aid Office will send an introductory email about LMU's MyAid Financial Planner, which allows students to view their award package. Another useful tool to help students plan for the transition to LMU is the Online Budget Worksheet.
Orientation & Registration
Students and their families are invited to attend Transfer Orientation where they will learn about how to become involved. Students will meet faculty, register for their first semester of classes, and get acquainted with other LMU transfer students. Parents will learn about the comprehensive Parent Program.
Portals and Lionmail
MyLMU is the portal for University communication. PROWL is the portal for student information. Lionmail is an email account given to admitted students and used as the primary email address for all LMU communication. Students will receive detailed information with their formal acceptance letter from the Office of Admission.
Transfer Resources
Transfer Services is prepared to ensure transfer students experience a smooth transition to LMU. The office collaborates with other resources on campus to provide academic support and organizes networking opportunities for students new to LMU.
