NSC Transcript Requests
Students enrolled prior to the Fall of 1988 at Loyola Marymount University (including LMU Extension and Continuing Education), Loyola University, Marymount College, or St. Vincent's College should use NSC for transcript requests. Transcripts ordered through the NSC cost $2.25 per request regardless of the number of transcripts ordered.
Steps to requesting a transcript through the NSC:
- Access the National Student Clearinghouse web site
- Select "Order or Track a Transcript"
- Select Loyola Marymount University from the list of participating schools.
- Place your order and pay online using a credit card.
- Sign and return the consent form to the NSC.
- Allow 2-10 business days for processing
NSC will send you e-mail confirmations of receipt, processing, and mailing for each transcript request. You may also track the status of your transcript order and order history through their transcript request services. Please note that your credit card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
